"I’m not one to post bad reviews but I’m very disappointed with the service I was provided. This was my first time scheduling an appointment at the Grove Salon in SRB. My initial hair appointment was cancelled the day of my scheduled time and then I was called back last minute advising me someone else was going to take care of me. I got my hair done by Amy, and my hair had fallen out during the process. I paid $421 for my hair services and when I reached out to Amy to advise her how much my hair was now damaged and thinned out, how much my hair continued to fall out. I was told my hair was already damaged. I dislike my hair so much, I now want to cut my hair to even it out from the loss of my hair. Most times we get our hair done to feel better and more confident about ourselves. Unfortunately now because of how damaged my hair is I feel the complete opposite. Respectfully I don’t think I would ever come back here. The price I paid is way over the top and my hair is completely damaged now. Before (wearing maroon) After (blue sport bra)"
