Supercuts

"So many things were terrible about this experience. I guess that's what you get when settling for SuperCuts. My husband and I had haircuts from Angie on Feb. 10th. She flew through both of our cuts in the same time that two other stylists took with one customer. While cutting my hair, and coughing while doing so, she told me her kids had Strep Throat. Surprise, surprise, both my husband and I got sick the following week. Plus, she apparently has zero clue how to cut long curly hair. One side is a half inch longer than the other. She couldn't be bothered to put in a couple of long layers like I asked for. It was pretty simple, she just needed to shorten the existing professional cut."

"Refused to cut my son’s hair because he wouldn’t stay still. Everyone else I have gone they patiently wait for him to not move and cut it. So much for advertising to cut kids hair."

"I love the ladies at Supercuts. I have been getting my haircut here for years. They are all very friendly and listen to how you want your haircut. They get busy sometimes, so please either call ahead to be put on the waiting list or be prepared to wait patiently. Everyone is working very hard to provide for the needs of our community."

"So I went in to get just a cut and straightening with hot iron. It was mostly my own fault for not getting the pricing ahead of time but I based my decision on coming here solely on what the website advertised. I expected to get just a simple cutting the ends off hair cut but I guess they charged me $44 for that? And then charged me $30 for blow-dry/hot iron.. for a total of $74... I tipped my stylist $10 because she was super nice and she did a good job but holy cow the charge is waaaaay over the top. I would have given the typical 20% because she deserved it but I just couldn't justify paying $90 for just a cut and simple styling. Maybe I just haven't had a cut in a long time and prices have just skyrocketed that bad but I didn't expect to pay more than $40 for what I received. Be warned, get a clear explanation of costs before coming here because they do not really explain charges on their website at all."
