"Purchased a Hayward pump from the location 4347 S Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL 34293. When asked Angela about the warranty, was informed that there is a 3 yr warranty. Great. However, she failed to inform me that Leslie Pool does not perform warranty work. Less than 24 hours after the pool pump was installed, I phoned to explain there may be a potential issue. Angela said she would get back to me. She never called. So I called the next day and spoke to Jennifer, who told me that she would look into the situation and call me back. She also never called back. I phoned the third time and Angela said that even though it was 24 hours after install, they could not service it and to contact Hayward. I contacted Hayward and they advised me that Leslie Pool is an authorized service center. Called Angela, she said that is incorrect. Hayward put in a service ticket and could take ups to 3 or 4 days before I hear back. In the meantime, I don't know if the pool pump is fully operationally. I was just looking for someone to stop by and take a look at it and advise if it is a warranty issue or not. Now I have been abandoned and left with the task to find someone to at least inspect the equipment."

"The woman at the counter had such a negative attitude that people started proclaiming "It's not worth it." "You know what, forget it." and walking out of the store. The same woman yelled at my three year old for simply touching something on the floor in the middle of my transaction. I spent almost $100 and was unduly treated like a nuisance for asking to use my online discount. I waited in line like everyone else and should have been treated with patience and consideration. I believe the man at the register was new to the job and just trying to get things done in the right way with little to no support of the rude woman. I should have walked out and left my whole purchase on the counter."

"We installed our in-ground saltwater pool in May of 2017. I have always relied on Leslie's Pool Supplies for assistance and guidance to maintain the proper chemical balance for our pool. Angela is extremely knowledgeable and has helped us with extreme situations, even so far as to educate us on preventive maintenance. For example, after Hurricane Irma we had no power for 10 days and she was able to help us recover the proper balance. Recently our salt cell was defective and she helped us maintain the correct balance until the salt cell could be replaced. Angela AND Fran NEVER try to sell product or chemicals that we don't NEED. They are happy to test and my water and make recommendations even if it doesn't result in a SALE. Great service... and they have earned my trust"
