"Customer service was the only thing that was good at City Furniture. The quality of the items were terrible for the price. Amazon and Wayfair offer better quality items for half the price they are charging here. The "marble" here is nothing but honeycomb cardboard and MDF. The "gold" mirrors and lamps were all scratched and damaged on the show room floor. The quality was not there for the price. It was very trashy.."

"It is difficult to post a review that actually consists of multiple experiences such as Product, Sales Service, Delivery and Store Policies. Our sales consultant Errol was very helpful in answering questions about the new product that arrived. He was able to process our order and give us information about price, warranty and delivery features. In the far southwest corner of the store you can find some real values on items that may have been returned or placed on clearance. Some of these items may be damaged. They do not offer delivery for these items and have restricted hours the warehouse will allow pickup. We had to make a 2nd trip from Orlando to pickup the merchandise from the clearance area the following day. This was a bit of a nuisance since we felt they had the staff to "open the door" so we could take the merchandise immediately. Overall we give Errol 5 stars for being attentive and helpful to answering questions and not wasting our time in store. The Store policy for shipping clearance items lacks transparency and the communication between that department and sales team needs to improve 3 Stars for that experience. (they almost lost a sale) The delivery service was prompt and professional and handled the merchandise with care. We give them 5 Stars. Finally the product itself is absolutely beautiful. 5 Stars for the look and function of the set. We will likely be back to purchase from this store in the future and we will be sure to ask for Errol when we do!"
