"More than 2 weeks in a row this company has shown up to my home for my regular Monday cleaning of my pool. The technician has left two weeks ina. Row without doing the service stating the gate was locked. I’ve lived here 3 years and the gate is always closed, can be opened by the technician. Now they don’t answer and charge over $120 a month and can’t even rely on the. When they say they do my cleaning."

"Apollo pools was supposed to finish in March 2022 I had this contract since July 7th 2021 it has been a year already never came didn’t call. I have been calling every day since, only responded back Three times by email because I demanded an answer. And they gave me the round around and excuses blaming construction or that it is on back order treatment for pool. I am so sick and tired my poor kids were not able to enjoy the pool at all this summer. All I ask is for communication which they lack of, tell me the truth instead of lying and blaming, I shouldn’t have to chase them I paid all this money they should be able to finish the job, if it is too much stop taking new customers and finish what you have started!! Update on pool Apollo pools needs to work on their communication between owners and customer, took longer than expected but they got the job done right they are very trustworthy it was worth the wait they did a great job!"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I signed a contract June 11, 2021 and the pool is unfinished. I have paid this company on-time 90 % of the total cost of the build. The owner John is not a man of his word. He makes promises and doesn't follow thru. I have communicated with the owner by text til today , over a sudden he devalues me as a customer and states I am to busy to answer your text to call the office. You didn't say that when you wanted money!!! The company also uses someone else electrical license to do parts of the electrical work (unlicensed electricians). They sent a electrician out two weeks ago who was the licensed electrician they worked under for some of our electrical work and he said he was unaware of the project til the day before he came out, so be ware. They have not done any work on my pool for over two month. I have asked the owner for a schedule for the completion of this pool and refuses to commit to one. We are left with a 1/2 built pool and uncompleted electrical hookup. The attached picture was taken Mar 4 ,2022 and is that way today, May 11, 2022."

"Why not -5 star review? Signed with Apollo Pool in April 12,2021. Today is January 7, 2022. The pictures below is all I have. If I could save you all the stress and headache, steer clear of this company. They will dodge your calls, emails, etc. they will come to your pool site literally walk around and leave. I have them loaded on my home security system DVR and they literally just walk around say they have been there to say they have met their contract agreement. Do not believe them when they say faulty equipment for other jobs, COVID. No! What happened is greed. They took on more than they can service. Guess what everyone, they’re still taking contracts and telling people 16 weeks start to finish! Do not give them your money!! I repeat,DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I regret it! My pool was 50k. Idk about any of y’all, but for a normal middle class family, this is a lot of money. No communication they don’t care about their customers! Please please please run! Run fast. If you are like me, I finally got an attorney willing to look at my contract and right now gathering everything we need to go after this company. Please stay away."

"Great job by Apollo Pool, from the sales person Dominic, to Beth who kept me informed. All of the workers who came out worked diligently and did an amazing job. They reinforced the outer wall of my pool spa area and rebuilt the spa area in the pool that was sinking because of faulty construction that was done initially. When there was an issue with a busted irrigation pipe due to the digging, they came out right away and got it fixed. Very happy with their work and service."
