"If you dare use this company, use a camera and see what you are paying for. I am out of town a lot for work and have cameras all over the place. I'll let some things slide like not testing the pool water and just adding chemicals as a routine. But one time the Edge Pools employee wasn't even cleaning the pool, she was playing on her phone, then decided to spit on my pool deck. I contacted Eddie and he asked for the video so I sent it. Then I sent pictures of all the dirt in my pool. Eddie wanted to argue that he has GPS on the truck and his employee was there for over twenty minutes. So I sent more video footage of not doing their job, and more pictures of debris in the pool. Eddie continued to argue with me, he literally said the pictures were taken two hours after the employee left and the pool got dirty again. The pool is caged, it doesn't get that dirty in two hours. I could not believe the customer service, who argues with customers, I was showing him proof and he was defending the actions of the employee, it was disgusting. He only does well because he shocks customers pools every week and keeps the water clear. He doesn't care about a clean pool and appropriate chemical levels or your equipment. Highly recommend Family First Pools, Butch the owner is retired Coast Guard, as a veteran, treats people with respect and his employees are all family with professionalism. Something that Edge Pools know nothing about."
