"I had always been skeptical how a store like this appeals to the public. I can build my own stuff, I can buy a really nice grill, etc. I walked away convinced that it’s a superior product and service they provide. An incredibly cool show floor and practically functional and really good looking tools for grilling and back yard kitchen accommodations. The staff was friendly, detail oriented and not pushy. He offered all the info I needed to make an informed deck on and, if I was irresponsible, I’d have purchased something right then!"

"I met Landon at Paradise Grills on February 9th 2024. Landon was so nice, professional and courteous. The show room in Windermere has a very relaxed vibe. Well decorated and outdoor kitchens to fit any budget, I think. We decided to bring our five year old with us and he entertained him while my husband and I walked the show room and looked at different models. That was so awesome! We found the perfect outdoor kitchen in our budget. Landon helped us with the paperwork and currently working with our pool company to add it to the overall budget. "We bought our grill/outdoor kitchen 4 years ago and the quality has not been good. The tiles are falling off, the frame is rusted, the stucco is permanently stained from the black grout, and the door panel is falling out from the screw rusting and breaking in the frame. I have reached out to the company and they said they don’t make our model anymore so they won’t service it. I am very disappointed in their customer service and would not recommend them."
