"I was a long time customer of Pooltek, over ten years. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. Instead of listening to our concerns we were blamed and told it was our own fault or that it never happened. Our next door neighbors also use their service. Their tech was discharging excess pool water directly onto our property killing our grass and plants. In the past this included an entire row of rose bushes. We addressed this with the tech at the time and was promised it would not happen again. We did not ask to be compensated in any way. We replaced these dead rose bushes with Hibiscus and plumerias. We had a number of issues over the years most were discussed with the owner Trey. However leading up to our cancellation of service the quality drastically fell. We took pictures of the various issues including leaving raw chemicals on our pool deck which we shared and pictures of areas that were clearly cleaned and others that were not, vacuuming was a big issues. We also shared with them a screen capture of security video the last and final time they discharged water onto our property. Instead of taking responsibility we were blamed. We cancelled service! To make matters worse after we cancelled Shawn called our next door neighbors and in our opinion disparaged us. He clearly stated we had cancelled service, blaming us, and saying “I doubt this ever happened” referencing our issues. Now is this the type of company you want to do business with? A company that does not listen to your concerns despite photographic and video proof? That goes a step further and contacts your neighbor to drag them into the disagreement? All they had to do was apologize and try and make things right. Trey clearly did not care to listen to our concerns and so for the safety of our family we cancelled. We are very happy with their replacement as they are cheaper, and much more thorough. So far we have not had a single issue. You do have other options and I would encourage anyone reading this to explore those. They used to be a great company but not anymore! You cross a line when you try and turn neighbors against one another leaving unprofessional voicemails. They used our cancellation to try and charge our neighbors to extend the pool discharge hose. All they had to do was move the hose over onto their property!"

"This is the place for my daily morning walk as I meander amid the lakes. Nice quality outdoor exercise circuit is there along with a covered picnic pavilion and a nice playground for the kiddos. One of my favorite features of this park are the trees in and surrounding the park. The park is diminutive in its size; it is quaint, elegant, and peaceful."

"We inherited an older pool with our home purchase and it has had lots of little issues that needed to be addressed. Our old pool company wouldn't address any of them even when I pointed out issues. Switched to Pooltek and they have all been fixed with speed and best of all a fair price. Whenever I have a problem or question, I can contact them (and by them, I mean you are communicating directly with Trey the owner) any time and the issue is addressed immediately. The techs are all friendly and patient with us first time pool owners."

"Your techs driving the trucks are critically decreasing the chances on your business to succeed. I've witness today very reckless driving from people in this company. Be aware! Not just to low your business, but you'll be responsible for accidents as well. They also made vulgar sign language showing middle finger. Crazy driving in the road!"
