I been working on house automation that included pool equipment. I had forgotten about an issue with pool lights remote and reached to Tyler my former project manager via text to inquire about equipments specs to seek help. Tyler immediately replied and acknowledged they had experience issues with this particular piece of equipment. He coordinated a replacement and installation. Brad visited us, installed the equipment and ensured we understood how it worked manually and with the house automation hub. Appreciate the team going above contractual responsibility to ensure client satisfaction!"

Preston was patient and helped me to design and build our own little slice of paradise. Richard and Danielle are the “go to” people in warranty and service. "Holland Pools was great to work with from the initial meeting with Pete our sales guys throughout the build process with Tyler who was an amazing project manager. The design for our yard was great and Pete thought of things the other 3 companies we got quotes from didn't. The price was very comparable but with much shorter build times. Once the process started the communication from Tyler was great constantly letting us know what to expect and who would be at our house on what days. We went from design to permitting to building to swimming all in less than 6 months. We couldn't be happier with our pool and would highly recommend Holland to anyone looking for a pool."

"It wasn’t perfect & a few sub contractors had to be reigned in for a lack of critical thinking. This said, we had an overall FANTASTIC experience with Holland! Our saltwater pool was completed ahead of plan. This includes a 13,000 gallon saltwater pool with 7 water features, 6 person spa, 6 custom cut poolside planters, Baja shelf and Pebble Sheen French Grey finish with upgraded glass tile. Our pool took about 8 weeks from initial excavation to water in pool with screen in place overhead. At the end of the day, it was the wildly abundant superior communication, industry best customer centric approach and exceedingly high commitment to excellence by the construction manager and family owned leadership that makes Holland Pools the contractor of choice in Central Florida. 5 out of 5 stars!! "Wow! Where do I start - Holland Pools was AMAZING to work with. We started our pool building journey in 2020. when we met Kim Nicholson who provided us with an amazing design. We decided to put the project on hold and did not start again until 2023. In 2023, we contacted Kim to get an updated proposal. We also met with three other companies to compare pricing. Holland's pricing was fair and competitive and we selected them based on Kim's professionalism and responsiveness. Kim was patient with us as we made adjustments, always quickly providing updated drawings and estimates. On March 31 we signed a contract and paid our deposit. The permitting process felt like it took forever but in reality, it was fully approved and in-hand on May 11 which was right on track for what my research on Lake County told me to expect. While I was a bit antsy during the process, Jennifer in Holland's Permitting Office was communicative and responsive throughout the process - reassuring me that everything was on schedule and providing real-time updates. Around this time I met Tyler, my site supervisor. Tyler was AMAZING. He met with me and provided an overview of the timeline. Tyler was ON IT throughout the project. He communicated with me on nearly a daily basis throughout the project and always knew what was happening, where the hangups were coming from, and had a plan of action to keep the project moving. Our sod scrape was conducted on May15...the dig framing was constructed on May 16...The dig was completed on May 24....Rebar and plumbing was installed on May 26...The gunite was shot on May 31...Equipment and plumbing was run on Jun 14....the screen (contracted separately from Holland) was stood on July 22...the finish was done on on July 24...Acid Wash and fill on July 25 and pool start up on July 26...the ENTIRE PROJECT, from contract signature to swim was completed in 16 weeks! When we hit an unexpected challenge during the construction process (discovery of an underground obstacle that was unanticipated), Tyler quickly engaged Scott, the General Manager, who came and met with me as soon as I was back in town. After a quick site walk, Scott and Tyler worked with me to find a solution and quickly facilitated the process to amend the construction plan. Kim quickly sent me updated drawings and we were able to relocated the pump equipment without any major delays to the project. I'm a little late in posting this review but I'm glad I waited because now, three months after construction was completely finished, I have a true sense of what was built. The quality is outstanding and even more impressive - Holland is still responsive, even now that the final check has cleared. I have contacted Danielle in the warranty department twice in the last three months - once for some bubbles that I was seeing in my jets and again last week for a No Flow error on my heat pump. On both occasions, she quickly scheduled Brad to come out and troubleshoot! I'm happy to share that both concerns were minor, regular maintenance adjustments. Brad is just as delightful as the rest of the Holland staff. He is knowledgable and personable - best of all, he is patient and happy to teach me what he is doing so I am able to resolve the issues going forward. In my opinion, Holland truly stands behind their product! Of course, in any scenario, there were some things that I didn't love...I felt that the pool company that Holland contracts with to perform the first month of maintenance was....average at best. The owner came out for our "Pool School" - he was nice and answered all of our questions but after that they were just another pool company in my opinion. Came once a week and went through the motions. There was nothing special and the techs aren't there to really teach you anything - just to do it and try to earn your business. All in all - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOLLAND...KIM, TYLER, SCOTT, JENNIFER, DANIELLE, BRAD - you are all awesome! Thank you for such a great experience!"
