"We requested a quote on a resurface of our pool. In addition, we asked for a quote on replacement of our pool heater. They showed up and measured everything. I asked when they could begin work and they stated within 24 hours. After a few days of not hearing from them, I reached out. I then received an email stating the work was out of their scope. I would expect a professional company to reach out and let us know they were not interested in the project."

"If I can put minus 5 stars I will gladly do it. One of the worst company to deal with. We did not choose Bob’s pool. Our builder company Lennar had an agreement with Bob’s pool to build all pools in our community. Even more crazy all my neighbors encounter same problems.Multiple pool leak . In 1 year I have to call 6 times. Pool leaks lead to pump damage. After hundreds of emails & phone calls Bob’s pool finally replaced pump, but problem was not over there. They wired pump wrong way. 3rd party company said they can’t do anything ( due to liability) & recommend to contact Bob’s pool to fix their error. WHAT A SURPRISE BOB’S POOL REFUSES TO DO IT. I contacted Daniel ( owner of Bob’s pool) . He is a biggest liar. In the beginning blame on employees, in the end refuse to take a responsibility for their unprofessional job. That is the last straw. I will be filing class action lawsuits against them. My neighbor is joining. Save your money & nervous system stay away from Bob’s pool."

He guided us every step of the way, went above and beyond throughout the building process and after. We couldn’t be happier and look forward to the memories our family will make in the years to come!"

"Bobs Pools… without coming across like a total drama queen. I’d never hire them again if they were the last pool contractor in Florida. $76,600 for a leaking pool, hard scaling on the walls and floor, hacked together screen enclosure and possibly the worst management team from office to field I’ve ever dealt with. To say I’m utterly disgusted and disappointed would be the understatement of the year. (Yes I’ve text, emailed, called ((all communication)) they won’t reply or fix anything) I paid out of my own pocket $400 for a leak detector. The inspection was inconclusive because the temp caps in the main and spa drains were seized and the man that started up the pool broke the caps off to get water to flow… Seriously, do not hire them unless you won’t really Poot quality and communication. And don’t fret, you will be hounded to make your draw payments."
