"This store always turns into a 2 hour shopping trip. Management there should work on bringing the checkout experience time down for us customers. There’s no reason why a customer should stand in line for 15 minutes to just pay for 1 item. Not the first time this happened to me at this stote but today was extra frustrating because I was in an actual true rush!…."

"Wow! This is the biggest big lots we've ever seen. It's huge! Pretty much has the same stuff as our local store, but this one is better organized with nice roomy aisles. It's the first big lots we've found with clothing, and wifey scored a couple of nice tops. Love shopping at big lots."
