"We went there today for lunch. I was not impressed with the front counter employees. When we walked in, 2 or 3 were smoking outside and I noticed when she finally walked in, she didn't wash her hands, at all! I said "I hope y'all wash your hands after you have smoked" I don't think she heard me at all. The other girl had blue hair. She wiped her nose and went straight to fixing someone else's drink!! UNACCEPTABLE!! These girls were nothing I'd want representing my company or to be on the front for customer service. It was just pitiful. I'll never be back and neither will the folks I was with. Come on, y'all can do better than this. Retrain these girls and make them hide all the tattoos and learn some basic hygiene!"

"It was a great experience overall— McAlister's outshines all the other chain sub and sandwich shops in the area. Would recommend. Pros: - The portions here are larger than the competition while costing the same. - Overall, most of the food was delicious, and all of it was fresh. - The food was prepared and brought to the table promptly. - The server was courteous and patient; she also offered tasty suggestions. - The restaurant was clean and not crowded, and dining-in was pleasant. Cons: - Some sandwiches are a bit opinionated and differ a bit from traditional ingredients. - The music is a tad loud, which could make dining in less pleasant for some folks."

"I came and ordered a BLT+ A and I didn’t get avocado in my sandwich also the Mac and cheese was gross. I waited 20 minutes for my order while listening to the staff argue. This place use to be so good I don’t know what happened!"

"Great spot ! So glad we found one near home . Food was great ! Nice a fresh . Great kids options too . Not too expensive . Abbie at the counter is a hard worker and very polite . The cook with neck tattoos was super courteous and nice . We were pleased with food and service !"
