"We've lived here for 4.5 years now and love it. There's so much to participate in if you choose. The grounds are kept so nice, and there's plenty of golfing opportunities without the waiting some other places have. It's next door to The Villages, so you can make use of their entertainment, restaurants, and shopping without living in the more congested Villages. It's the best!"

"RESTAURANT This is edited as of April 2023 This is now known as double t's grill The menu was somewhat different than before. With most entrees from 10 to $15.00 I have to say is really only average and the only reason I go is because it's 2 minutes from home in my community. The waitstaff really does try and it is a nice view out the windows. Unfortunately I think that's the best I can say I hope it improves. There are several restaurants that are much better in Leesburg such as ramshackle, Wolfy's, and for breakfast or lunch breakfast station between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. even Denny's. _____________________ Please note the restaurant is going through change of management and will reopen October 1st 2022. This is from a few years ago and I'm sure it will be much better now as it was under golf chain management. First I am a Pennbrooke resident..... so my views are slanted ... Menu itself is limited and dinners are only two nites a week , lunch is served 7 days a week 11 -2 pm ..Its a limited menu , wraps, burgers and a few other choices ... I'd have to rate it a 4 -5 out of 10 stars .. Nice atmosphere - never crowded - good views out of golf course - sometimes they serve outside ... menu items from $ 5 -10.00 and a bar for drinks is defineately available . Its a good value but a boring menu as it never changes ....."

"Played the 9 hole Sanctuary from the blues, very challenging from the blues. Greens were rough and bumpy though. Had a few birdie putts and made most of my par putts for a 42. Would go back."

"Nice community to visit. The courses are nothing to brag about. The clubhouse needs help. Management of course and clubhouse need help. The community itself is pretty good. Lots of friendly people and very safe living from what I have seen and heard."
