"This place exists to take your money. Backed by the new owners of the struggling lake square mall The arcade games are varied and fun. A machine uses your credit card to generate credits (a swipe card) for the games. The ticket payout is very small, standard fare for the industry The servers do bust their butt to take care of the many customers. The food & drink are higher priced. 9 dollars for 5 tiny cheesticks. $10 mix drinks with too much ice The games all cost 15$ minimum with a time limit that begins on payment. If the bowling pins fail to reset and you have to wait 7 minutes for a worker to repair, that's your money. The time limit was not clear at the front desk. The lanes have poor oiling. The escape rooms are very tiny, 3 people are too much. $15 for 10 minutes standing still. Spending money for the sake of inclusion Fun cart racing track for the price of a lap dance. I'll just turn my traction control off in a parking lot, thanks"
"I was here about a month ago with my daughter. We had hot wings & fries. The food was so hot & good. The server was exceptionally nice & the cook gave us extra wings & fries. It was a very pleasant family atmosphere."
"Took our daughter there for her birthday. Did the escape room and played miniature golf. Lots of fun for the whole family."
"Games are overpriced. There is an excellent selection, the hungry hungry hippos were extraordinary! But when adding credits to your card, you can easily get ripped off because after filling your card the card stays active and if you don't wait and hit finish afterwards anybody can come up and fill their card on your credit card. Seen it happen twice while we were there. The go carts are fast and fun!"
"We were invited to Via Entertainment by some friends for a kids birthday party. Via entertainment offers bday packages that we felt were reasonably priced. We had pizza brought out, and when one was eaten, the staff member brought out another one. The kids enjoyed the bowling and all the arcade style games as well. If you are planning any type of party, at least stop in to see what they offer, and what there prices are. It is the perfect place and has something for everyone. The staff were friendly, helpful and the location was clean."
