"I purchase trundle sleeper sofa with chaise sectional on May 20, 2023 and it was delivered on June 2,2023. Three months later one of the front wheel broke on the set. I called Skipper’s furniture and was told I had to call the Niceville location. I even want to the Crestview location where I purchased the set. They called and I called to speak with Danielle. We played telephone tag for several days. and when I did get in touch with her, they made an appointment for Travis in September to replace the wheel on the set.Travis showed up with no wheel thinking I had the wheel. He took pictures of the broken wheel and told me they would have to order a replacement wheel. It will be two months on November 6 and they still have not received a replacement wheel for this set. Stating it’s on back order. How long will it take to get a wheel for a piece of furniture? Shame on Skipper Furniture Store. That’s why I rated them a three was trying to rate them a 2 1/2."

"This place is great! Not only do they have a ton of really nice furniture, but the staff is awesome! Olivia is the best! The delivery guys are super helpful and friendly too!! If you need anything for your house go here, you will not be disappointed!!"

"Do not, I repeat do NOT get anything from Skippers furniture that they need to order! It took over 18 months to get. Over a year and a half to get my product that I had paid for! They didn't even offer so much as an apology for the amount of time it took to get it. Now I understand that there is a backorder issue, especially on furniture. I am not upset about that. I called multiple times for an update on my product and they refused to call back and give me updates for months! Their products are okay off the floor but if it needs ordered I strongly recommend going a different direction."

"I am extremely displeased with my experience. If there was an option to put zero stars I would. My father and I went here to find a living room suit for my first home this past Friday 08/19/2022. Olivia helped us that day. We found a suit I loved and we were promised delivery the following day between 11-1 and were also told we would be the first delivery not just by Olivia, but the other woman working that day. Saturday we prepped the room for delivery between 11-1. They never showed. We also NEVER received a phone call saying they changed where they were going first. I had to call to gather that information and was greeted by blatant unprofessional behavior. The first woman I spoke to was just plain rude. She transferred me to Olivia after she saw we were getting no where and I got placed on hold by Olivia. When I tried to get her attention to be taken off hold it took a while and she was laughing when she answered the phone again. She also tried to move my delivery to Monday but “couldn’t guarantee anything.” This was after she guaranteed that my furniture would be here the following day on Saturday 08/20/2022 from 11-1. Figures… In the end I cancelled the order my father graciously paid for and now he is having to wait to be refunded. We waited all day for them. I am in the military and seeing my family is scarce. This took time away from them and left us very dissatisfied. Skipper’s in Crestview does not keep to their word and told us excuses when we were searching for answers. I will not recommend Skipper’s to anyone in the future. It has been an awful experience."
