"I’m not usually one to leave reviews, good or bad, but after our recent experience I feel compelled to share. Recently we purchased a sectional from Jazzie Rae’s - many people warned us that they’ve had lots of issues but we chose to give a local business a chance. The customer service was fantastic when we went in to choose and order our couch - HOWEVER everything from there on out was HORRIBLE. We were initially told our couch would arrive in time for our delivery date (4 weeks away) - we were more than understanding when it was delayed and called to ask for an estimated arrival date. We were told 1-1.5 weeks and that it had shipped to the store but had not arrived (again, not a big deal). However when we followed up 1.5 weeks later we were told they had not received confirmation of shipment (?) and that it would likely be 1-1.5 weeks. From this point on, we were unable to contact a representative at the store. We constantly only reached a voicemail and our calls were never returned. Finally after 4 voicemails and lots of call attempts we reached a person who told us she was unsure of the status of our order. Magically, the next day our couch had arrived at the store. Hold your horses because the story isn’t over yet. We finally received a scheduled delivery date Saturday between 1-4pm YAY! 4pm came and went, no call no couch - fyi our Crestview jazzie raes is only open until 3 so we had to call the FWB location to figure out what was going on. We were re directed and dismissed several times with the “yes it’s coming they’re just a little bit delayed”. Skip forward 6.5 hours and our couch was delivered at 10:30pm. The delivery guys were very nice and helpful, we appreciated their kindness and apologetic attitude. Moral of the story, customer service at Jazzie Rae’s was trash, we won’t be shopping there again and advise you to be very careful when purchasing from them as well."

"I really hate to leave this review because I absolutely love my furniture pieces.. BUT it was poorly assembled and my bed frame was not supported properly which cause it to break. I called weeks (more than a month at this point) ago, and I am STILL waiting for it to be repaired. I spoke to someone about a week and a half ago.. she told me my parts had finally came in and that I would be hearing something about when they’d be out to fix it. BUT no one has called, nor have I been able to get an answer at the Crestview location. I’m honestly disappointed that I had to spend my holiday on an air mattress, when there’s a bed that I’m paying well over $3000 for that’s been needed to be repaired for over a month. Hopefully I’ll hear something soon, once it’s repaired (if that ever happens) I won’t be purchasing from this establishment again. At this point I should’ve attempted it to fix it myself."

"Sales person was very nice and helpful. However the delivery was not smooth. I was told it would take 4 weeks and after 5 weeks I called to check. They said it had just arrived. Couldn’t get it scheduled for delivery for almost another week. Got a text the morning of delivery to confirm delivery between noon and 4. Nothing shows up so I’ve spent a few times calling with no effort from the girl answering phone. It’s now 6 pm and still no furniture or update. Not very happy about the customer service."

"Our experience was awesome. We ordered our table in February and we understood that our order would take a while. We got our table in about 6 weeks, the staff helped me fit it in the back of my SUV, the directions for assembly were very easy and the table looks great in our breakfast nook."

"I have been furniture from Jazzi’s for years and I have always had a good experience. Most of the time I work hand and hand with Jazzi the owner on all my purchases. My whole house is furnished with Jazzi’s furniture other than my electronic. She is the best in town! Trying to find a reason to buy more stuff, but I have everything I need at the moment."
