"I want to share in my experience with Sharper Image Pools. When we decided that we were going to purchase a pool, we met with different pool companies. It was our first pool build and we knew nothing about the process. From the very first meeting with our rep Andy, we noticed the difference between Sharper Image Pools and the other companies. They not only build beautiful pools, they build quality pools. They were very knowledgeable, but most importantly, Andy explained and walked us through the entire process every step of the way and gave us realistic timeframes on completion. Their team was great. They cleaned up as much as they could with all the rain during the process.The office personnel has been FANTASTIC! After the build I had many questions regarding maintenance and Sandy, and Beth have been wonderful points of contact. They all were pleasure and relaxed me during this process.. I highly recommend Sharper Image Pools to anyone considering a pool build."

"Extremely unhappy with Sharper Image Pools. I thought I was contracting a reputable company but unfortunately everything was outsourced. Diagnostics was never accurate from the beginning leading to extra costs along the way. It’s been 3-4 months now and I still don’t have a working pool. The last phase has once again been outsourced and I have been ignored as a customer. After spending close to $15,000 on this project you would think the company would see it through to the end but unfortunately not. This project has been a complete waste of money and we still have not enjoyed our pool. If you are looking for a pool remodel I would seek bids from other companies as this one is definitely not professional or reliable at all."

They design and build a fabulous pool. We have been building our home for over a year and a half. Our builder at the time used every delay you can possibly think of which caused a long delay in getting our pool built because things had to be completed for them to do what they needed to do. They were patient, ready to help us and understand our unique situation. This meant so much since it was an extremely stressful time.
