"BUYERS BEWARE!!! For anyone looking at this company, you should note that any of the GOOD reviews are for their cleaning company and not their pool installations. EML Pool & Spa installs fiberglass pools. That means they are pre made.. and still it takes them 6+ months to finish a very basic project. The lies and broken promises are endless. I can’t even count how many times it took them over 2 weeks to come back to make progress on the pool or how many times I was told something would happen ‘this week’ and it doesn’t and there is no update. Don’t even get me started on the lack of communication!!!! And then when Larry does respond you get answers like ‘Welcome to real life’ and ‘Here’s your update, I don’t know.’ The lack of professionalism is the cherry on top to the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor of any kind. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. I’m adding pictures of my frog and mosquito breeding swamp for your viewing pleasure."

"Not great. Paid them the 1st check and was told I could visit a jobsite the next day to observe one of there pools going in. They were going to text me the address. I drove to the city,about 45 minutes away and waited for the text. After my 3 text and 3 phone calls I gave up. No response that day or the day after. You do not treat your clients like this."

"There has been a lot of turn over lately in who comes out to service my pool. It has been hit and miss for several months in the quality of work. It’s hard to find a company service an above ground pool. They seldom answer the phone and I am constantly needing to drive up to their shop to speak with their team members to voice concerns."

"Called a year ago to request an estimate. The young lady that took the phone call was very informative and pleasant. The owner came to our home at the scheduled time and checked out of property. We have a large yard so it shouldn't have been a problem. After he left we never heard from him again. I don't know if we were passing off bad vibes back and forth or what the deal was. He seemed okay with my husband but wouldn't even look at me. So needless to say I'm not impressed with the place."
