"We went to the Silver Springs Blvd location and Jay was very helpful. They only had 1 piece of the sofa we wanted. Jay called another store, Maricamp Rd, to confirm they had all pieces we wanted. Jay also went to double check in the back before we left to see if they had what we wanted. I don't know why a company would only send 1 of 2 pieces for the sofa."

"1 of the worst stores in Ocala I found a beverage on the shelf that expired 3months prior. Took it to the register to be removed from circulation & when I went back 2 days later the same boxed beverage was back on the shelf . I know it was the same as it was the only one in stock & it was a size they no longer carried. It hasn't been a lower price close out store in years, most items exceed the regular price at better stores. They leave multiple prices up for same item & take no responsibility for THEIR error. A manager even argued about items that they stocked at the wrong price. She's been there so long she dgaf about accountability."
