"Went with my husdand to get some wood to repair out front porch. We needed someone to a 12 foot board into 3 ,4 ft pieces for us. There were 4 employees watching 1 person do a horrible job at using a fork.lift to.move about 20 2x4's . My husband ask one of the employees if we could get some service and she said" it's going to be awile" and turned around and keeped watching the forklift . Horrable service , rude employees . We just walked away from our buggy and went across the street and spend over 100 dollars at Lowe's."

"15 minutes after asking for help to load mulch, I ended up loading 40 bags of mulch by myself as I watched 3 employees standing around talking. Not once did any of them offer assistance. I went to check out & asked for assistance, I was told to go by my truck & someone would be right out. Waited & again no one showed up. I loaded it in my truck & someone than came to take my cart & asked if I loaded it by myself, after I said yes, he made the comment it's nice to see a lady who can do her own work! Really???? It's not the 1st time this has happened here, but it will be the last!"

"HD has the best customer service to make me go across the street to Lowe's. To many "not my section, I'll get someone for you." Of course nobody shows up either."
