Dunkin'

"I’ve always had issues with this DD location from the old donuts to the awful service. I came to this location today (December 24, 2023) at 4:23pm. Google and the Dunkin Donuts app both says the store is open until 6pm today. We went up to the door, where it was locked and there were 2 young men in there shaking their heads at us indicating that the store was closed. Again, the app and Google says they’re opened until 6pm. The app already took my money. A couple more customers went up to the door and got the same response from the boys. They closed the store early without changing the hours on the website. Will not be returning to this location again."

"Visited late in the day, so expected to find a limited selection of my favorites. But I was pleasantly surprised when I asked if they had any chocolate frosted Boston creme in the back and one of the employees said "sure!" He went to the back and returned in a matter of seconds with a full tray of a dozen fresh Boston creme filled donuts! I bought the entire dozen with my Dunkin' card. I was in and out of the store in just a few minutes with exactly what I wanted. The folks behind the counter were friendly and efficient."

"Very clean location. Ladies behind the counter were very polite. The hash browns were a bit overcooked, but I still ate them. They also had a very nice variety of available donuts and other baked goods."

Pro-tip: get the app! I’ve saved so much time by ordering in advance. Saturday and Sunday mornings are their busiest, so you may need to order 15-30min in advance to avoid waiting around."

"These employees don’t want business and definitely know nothing about customer service. They have a habit of closing 5-10 minutes early and when you knock on the door they wave you off and tell you to leave. Actually, what do I expect from somebody in their 20s and 30s who works at Dunkin’ Donuts?"
