"What horrible service for breakfast, the young woman serving barely spoke at a level we could hear, showing she really did not want to be there. That’s fine, I get it. But then when we ask where our coffee is, the other staff said use the other one that belongs to a buffet way over in a separate corner we have no idea she got annoyed and continued to give bad service like it was out fault."

"No coffee for a breakfast buffet! The worker didn’t seem to care and just said that the coffee machine was broken. The breakfast room was in the basement and dingy. Further we were supposed to have breakfast included with our reservation but that did not happen so . . .."

"My experience was horrible at this place. Waited 20 25 minutes. Got no service at all. No menus No water No one came to our table. We came in went to bar ask if we cld sit anywhere? Was told yes sit anywhere. From there no one came to serve us. Three different waitresses walked by our table. Neither of them acknowledging us never even looked our way. Like we weren't even there. As a black man it was the most racist experience I've ever had in my life especially since all the other customers who were seated were white with drinks and food at their tables."

"The food was bad for the price. The pancakes were old, you could even cut them. Also the bagel that I had it had a mold on it."

"We thought we hit the jackpot with this being right under the hotel. The food looked good and that’s about as far as the positives go. There was only one waitress, and although she was nice, it took FOREVER to get anything. Whether it was taking our order, getting coffee, getting our check (took over 30 minutes just for the check even though we asked multiple times for it) everything took way too long. We had to ask multiple times if we needed something. I was fine with waiting as it was only one person but if someone asks for a box and their check, it shouldn’t take 40 minutes to give it to them. There was only a couple of tables. The food was ok. The waffle was hard but the chicken was alright. There was at least 5 other workers around not really doing anything. We asked one of them if we could pay for the food with them at the register and she wouldn’t do it. The convenience of this place is definitely not worth the time and money it took. This is our last day here and we wasted the morning at this place."
