"This Starbucks has just been newly remodeled for 2024. And just as it is with the brand new Starbucks (2024) on Biscayne across from Bayside, it has no seating inside and no restrooms. Both of these new Starbucks are geared to get people in and out as quick as possible, pop a squat somewhere else! Parking is also high risk, so walk or bike to avoid getting a ticket."

"I have visited a lot of Starbucks stores, I order from Starbucks all the time. Starbucks will fix your drink when it isn’t made correctly. I ordered my beverage, the barista made it, and I tried it. It did not taste right. And I have ordered this drink at many locations, and it’s usually right. The drink was not sweet enough, it just tasted like coffee. I told the baristas that. And normally when I have previously said, my drink isn’t right, the braces just add another pump or two, and it will taste correct. I asked the Rees if they added what I asked for, They said yes. And asked if the drink tasted correct, I said no. And then explain to me how many pumps I should order of syrups, if I wanted it to taste, right. Did not offer to provide any more pumps in my drink, and walked away. This is just not what Starbucks has been like, and it’s not the vibe. Very dissatisfied with the service at this point, this location got remodeled and since then it’s just been weird to visit. Including being told they wouldn’t take personal cups at one point which isn’t true. Do not recommend at all. I don’t think I’ll be using this location again"

"This is for the location inside Brickell city center: nice layout inside. Friendly, courteous staff!!! Makes a difference when staff is kind and actually says hello to a customer."

"Never busy but they take their sweet time talking amongst each other and not working, had to wait on my order a second time because they gave it to “someone else” then proceeded to ask me what I order and completely mess it up. They didn’t have any way to see my online order, which is bizarre."

"I have ordered here few times and always had a great experience but today is a special one. I spilled my other drink outside by accident and came back in to order another one and asked for paper towels to clean up the mess but they offered to clean it for me and gave me the new drink for free. I truly appreciate this kindness, thank you to the staff and the manager for the generosity. Y’all are awesome!"
