I told the lady at the drive thru, Ana, that they charged me wrong, but she kept telling me that they were the same thing and that they’ve never had the iced coffee. So I told her, that the menu showed two different things, and she still said I was wrong. If you’re going to work at a coffee shop, then know what coffees you serve."

"They covered all of the outlets, so there is nowhere to charge your phone or laptop. I wanted to come here and get some coffee and food and use their wifi, but instead I have to go find a Starbucks because this place is too cheap to let me charge my laptop. Horrible way to run a business."

"ABSOLUTELY NASTY ! this is the 3rd time i had to go inside about my food being served incorrectly. Hash brows we’re cold like they came out the refrigerator. Cream cheese was slapped on there. Donuts was stale. No napkins were in the bag. Bugs were flying around comfortably. Dead roaches were present in the building . Trash sitting around just piling up. Cashier took about 8 minutes to acknowledge my boyfriend and i. When bringing the food back in, i told the employee what was wrong with my food. She really came out her mouth to ask me do i like my hash browns cooked cooked .. i don’t recommend anyone to go to this place whether it’s early or late. bathroom was dirty as well. i wish i could give this place no stars .STAY AWAY !!!!!"
