"8 and a half months pregnant, I went there with my 1.5 yr old son. Was going to use the restroom and then order for me and my son. I asked for help for the restroom and sat there for 10 min waiting. Everyone had a NASTY attitude. Needless to say, I never got to use the bathroom and I never ordered food because the atmosphere was disgusting the attitudes were horrible. And I cursed the restaurant. Ifa and Eshu will take care of you all that was there. Ashe."

"10 out of 10 unfortunately would not recommend. I’ve got a couple of times where the coffee tasted like filtered water. The staff are very mean and last time I went I had placed an online order for pick up, and when I came in the manager stated that I never made an order because the ticket did not print even though I had the receipt on my phone with the timestamp of when the order was made. I was literally the only person there, and she refused to acknowledge my order after constantly in a nice way, asking to please double check she made one out of my three orders which I paid and it ended up being made very poorly. I left very frustrated and crying with no coffee and money wasted/spent for an order that I did not receive"

"I usually mobile order, and my orders are ready when I arrive for pick up. The staff here move fast, and they are courteous. Sometimes, the coffee flavors are hit and miss. My favorite donut is the old fashioned and it seems like it's usually stale in the morning. However, Dunkin has the best deals, and you can get coffee for less than $4 dollars and that's fantastic."

"My visit was terrible. As a past Assistant manager for a DD, A LOT needed to be done. 1) who scheduled 2 teenagers to be alone in the store? 2) the store was a total mess. I mean, real dirty, while store not busy. 3) the female who was working have no idea was she was doing. Brew coffee spilling and all. Y'all need help!"
