"Manager gives you the ick. Waited in line to get my drink, all the employees looked stressed and miserable and the reason why could not be more apparent. The manager is some messy looking guy that talks down to them. Witnessed him talking rudely to employees and making customers uncomfortable. Very unprofessional and it made me want to leave without making a purchase, but I stuck it out. Saw he interviewed someone, I'm guessing for a job, and she left his office in tears. Like, what??? How do you bring an interviewee to tears before they even start working there??? This man needs to be fired if this location is to ever survive. Also my drink was made wrong but I don't blame employees for not striving to do well under that kind of leadership. Someone needs to notify corporate about this guy."

"This is a great Starbucks coffee shop, it has particular high volume because where it's located especially around shift change between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. and p.m. really you only want to visit it at this time you're really craving their excellent coffee. They provide everything the normal Starbucks does, but the only shooting area is in the lobby of the hospital. Kind of changes that they don't have dine in seating. But their coffee is great and then I go for it in that aspect."

"Love the staff and the atmosphere now. Brooklyn especially is my favorite barista she makes sure I am always satisfied with my order even gives amazing recommendations. Just ask for Brooklyn the next time you go you won’t regret it"

"No ice and 7 bucks later is equivalent to this…. Ripe off. They said I would get charge more if I wanted it filled to the top. Never again."

"This is what you get when you order a drink with no ice at this location. I ordered a Medium and was asked to pay extra for extra juice. This is the only Starbucks I have been to that asked me for extra money to fill up my cup. So if you like your drink room temperature, do not go there cause you will get a half-full cup. I will not buy from there ever again!"
