"Cockcoraches everywhere and beetles all over the floor and food"
"If I could give negative stars I would. 7:50 am on a Friday and 1 person working out front while I counted 6 that I could see standing in the back having a great time laughing and doing absolutely nothing. Welcome to South Florida. Let's raise minimum wage for minimum work effort. What a joke"
"This place needs to improve their service. I have waited 30 minutes for the cashier to make some pizzas in the oven for her to cook my Sandwich. Yall wanna sell sandwich, have two ovens available. And there was only 1 cashier cashing out customers, making coffees and sandwiches which makes no sense. This place is really terrible."
"En route to Gateway E10 for my departure I observed your establishment. Therefore, I decided it would be great to get a coffee before I board for my flight. I am an avid coffee drinker. So sure enough I approached the counter and there I saw a young lady who seemed annoyed that I asked her a question about a Latte. She then turned her hand around and started to stare at her nails and acknowledged me without lifting her head but rolling her eyes. I had money in my hand and I was ready to order but her appearance and lack of professionalism quickly turned me off and I immediately walked away and I didn't purchase anything. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the quality of your product as I would have loved to try it, however, the service was so terrible that I never got the chance."
"I asked for a 16 ounce Americano, already knowing that a 16 ounce Americano equals three shots of espresso. So I asked the girl who was already rude, how many shots comes in a small, she said one. I replied stated no, it should come w at least 3. She said no Gave me one shot full of water, I ended up paying for a gross wreak Americano. Worst coffee shop ever. And I'm an ex batista so I know."
