"I went in today for a caramel latte and a bacon egg bite. I was waiting for at cafe for 10 mins which isn't a problem but Van was really thoughtful towards me since she saw me waiting . After she noticed, everything was handed to me quickly so I really appreciate the attentiveness of the staff."

"The drive through and walking in are horrible in the mornings (before 7 at least). The people are nice, but it’s just so slow. Plan 20-25 minutes if you want to get a coffee in the morning. More if you order food. I love that Starbucks but the long mornings make it tough to go more often."

"Jennifer, the shift supervisor, is very rude and has no customer service skills. I ordered a pumpkin chia latte, and they gave me a regular chia tea latte. I told her this wasn’t the right one, and she said it was. So I left the line and called my wife on FaceTime to show her the drink, and she told me it wasn’t the one she always ordered. So I came back to bring the drink back to have it replaced, and she had the biggest attitude—she doesn’t deserve to be a supervisor. I come to this Starbucks all the time, and I never had an issue."

"Tony was a great help here at the starbucks. I ordered several drinks for my car and everything came out quick and perfect. Coffee was on point and the food I ordered also came out nice and hot. The queue was kind of long but was handled in a great manner. Nothing short of what to expect from a Starbucks service. Great job Would come here again."
