They will go above and beyond for your drinks (especially if you made a mistake) and the drinks are always made perfectly with not too much ice and lots of coffee flavor (which some starbucks are light handed with) , They deserve more recognition. ESPECIALLY PAULI, the girl with long black hair."

"Today I ordered an American hot coffee. How complicated is that to make that it took 15 minutes to make meantime I see orders after mine go out with multiple coffees at a time. On top of that I received the hot coffee with the lid messed up & on the way to the car I burned my hand cause coffee was coming out. A bit spilled in my car & I unfortunately was in a hurry back to work. I’m very unsatisfied with this location. The guy who made my coffee seems to be the only one making coffee while 2 other girls just stood there for him to make most coffees going out in the drive through faster than my coffee & orders after me. I tried calling the location & no answer. I need to know what could be done with this disgusting experience"

"This Starbucks coffee shop in Hialeah has been remodeled; looks beautiful. But at the same time there are some type of coffee drinks that only you can take before afternoon; the reason why no idea. Another weird thing is that nobody explain customers this important information until I found at Starbucks website that coffee I want is in the regular menu. At this point was when someone explained that is only available until 12:00 pm. Definitely Starbucks coffee is not a good place to go anymore."

Whether I'm in the mood for a classic latte or one of their seasonal specials, I know I'll get a well-crafted drink. The cozy atmosphere and friendly baristas make it a great place to work or catch up with friends. My only minor gripe is that some items can be on the pricier side, but the quality and convenience are worth it for me. Starbucks remains a favorite coffee destination for many, and I'm no exception!"
