"The girl at the cash register was texting on her phone the whole time she didn’t even look at me. I asked her to finish up texting before she dealt with me as a customer. She simply said I’m done with you incredibly rude. Why does the management at Dunkin’ Donuts, allow their employees at the register to be personally texting And conducting business at the same time maybe it’s just me is this the way our society is headed"

"Was just here getting a coffee the lady at the cashier denied me whip cream and caramel and she had an attitude and told me I can’t get that that’s not how the coffee comes ridiculous zero stars for service."

"I would never leave a review for a Dunkin, but I just wanna say that they make the coffee good every time I come in the morning. It's always hit or miss with Dunkin so I appreciate that. Though one time I ordered my regular iced coffee but got an iced tea with milk and sugar lol. It was probably someone new that made it but I didn't mind the taste."

"5 minutes away from work! Very clean lobby and seating area. However, they are busy busy busy! This establishment is so busy that majority of their customers choose the option to pick up and go! This doesn’t take away from the friendly staff and the fact that my order has never been wrong. My iced lattes are made to perfection. This place is just SUPER busy! Lol!"
