"Drive thru is just horrible even with using the app to order ahead. They always get the order wrong, or the food is burnt. Drink always make my drink wrong…it’s like they give me someone else order they messed and just the sticker on it for my order…today I ordered 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese, they were burnt and dry because they barely had cream cheese on in. Also ordered a caramel iced coffee and they definitely gave me hazelnut…Looks like I am just going to have to pay the extra money to go to Starbucks, at least I know my order will be right and it will taste good."

"clean the place up its dirty from the front door on. attitude of red dyed girl is poor at best, and she cannot make a colada. she threw two out before serving mine and it lacked flavor and sweetness. sorry will not go back here, this wasn't the first time here. tired of poor quality"

"Went in to buy the 3 coffee pkgs for 19.99. Advertising on door as you walk in as well as by the packaged coffee display. When it didn't ring up right I told the young girl it wasn't right. Mgr came over and they than told me the price had changed and no longer could get that price. I tried to tell them the ad is still all over the place. They said they didn't know it changed. So I left without it but today found a small charge on my card which I immediately removed so they would cancel transaction. I'm really over this place."

"Worst Dunkin doughnuts I ever visited I went Saturday morning to grab some breakfast for me and my wife the black young girl at the window had a attitude for no reason she slammed the window without giving me my full order then I asked for some condiments she slammed in my hand and told me that. Needed to open my hands wider and the sweet tea I ordered wasn’t sweet at all we had a verbal exchange of words that didn’t end well this young girl needs to be fired"

"It's better to ask for butter on the side. Everytime I get a bagel with butter it's always leaking. Dripping down the bag making everything get greased up. A mess! Do you heat the butter and bagel together?"
