"Everytime I order they are out of something or the menu has changed. It’s always super young people working with absolutely no supervision/manager. It takes 10 minutes to make 2 smoothies in a $750 smoothie machine. Over it. Edit: bern standing here for ten minutes and finally asked if they were making the smoothies….they said oops we forgot. Not another soul was in the restaurant. So they took my order and stood there until I asked. Unbelievable."

"The girl who took and made mine and the order before mine was fantastic. I imagine she wouldn't have to work as hard if the other employee in pink in the back got up to help. It's pretty normal to come into this store and have to wait till the staff who is sitting all the way in the back even notices you."

"So many times, my order has been messed up. Three times my smoothie was nasty. Two of those times, there was blended up date pits in it and I almost broke a tooth. When I called to find out what it was, the girl tried to tell me it was the protein powder I chose! This time my smoothie was barely blended. It had huge chunks and a whole date that wasn't blended in at all. I have been there several occasions when they don't even acknowledge you are waiting. I get you're busy, but don't just ignore people. "I'll be with you shortly" would be nice! The area where you pick up to go orders is dirty and they are always out of napkins. I kept going back giving chances but now I am done. There seems to be only 1 person that is capable of doing it correctly and she only works week day mornings so I suggest you only go then. I won't go back. I've spent $$$ and only happy with my order a few times."

"Good Afternoon Joseph Rodgers, Owner of Tropical Smoothies Palm City Florida My son (15 yrs) was fired today via text. I am not looking to get his job back. I am just offering some important information to a business owner. What you do with it is your choice. Haven't been able to clock- in on the system since employed- 07/11/2023 Haven't received pay on time since he's been employed Direct deposit was never processed Reported clocking-in issues to Ana multiple times since being employed. Not taking any accountability (management) Unprofessional -Ana I reached out to his manager Ana looking for an explanation of what was going on. Instead of understanding , and listening to our concerns she immediately went into blaming minor worker for not reporting the clock in issues. Which has been a problem since 07/11/2023 and reported to her verbally and via text. She also stated that it's not her responsibility as the manager of this Tropical smoothie to follow up on her employees. She also states that Amber is responsible for getting new employees' information into the system, not her. Your manager needs training! I told Ana that as an employee my son does carry some responsibility in this situation. I then asked her as His manager or a manager in general do you or your managers carry any responsibility in this situation and her answer was "NO......That told me enough. If she stated that there was a single unprofessional word spoken to her , that would not be true. We simply disagreed with her handling of this situation and her unwillingness to accept any responsibility but choose to blame a 15 yr old working his first job. BTW he maintains a 3.8 GPA."

"I ordered through the TS app and ordered NO Buffalo sauce for my wrap with the REGULAR baked lays chips! Clearly states it on the receipt that's taped on the wrap. Right after Door Dash delivered my food (wrap, chips and smoothie), I opened the bag to see jalapeño chips. Uhem, if I ordered no Buffalo sauce, why would I like spicy chips? I called the store and talked to George at the Palm City location. He told me that they did not have any other kinds of chips but the jalapeño ones so they just threw it in the bag. I asked why no one had called me to ask about my substitute. He said he didn't have my number..but funny thing is that my phone number was on the receipt that's taped to the bag..lol anyways, he told me I'd have to take my complaints through door dash since they delivered my food.. but when I told him his staff made the food, not door dash, he said that's all he knew.. TS could not give me a refund nor make me a new order, and I'd have to take it up with door dash..ugh.. I opened my wrap to Buffalo sauce on the wrap where they cut the wrap into two. I called back and spoke to Heidi. I requested the Corporate office number at which time she said I would have to look it up since she didn't know it. I informed her that I've ordered TS through the app about 5x and each time there is something wrong. Items missing and Buffalo sauce all over my wrap. She just apologized and told me to take it up through Door Dash. Door dash just delivered my food, not prepared it. WTH!"
