"We went to the drive thru this morning. We ordered on the app. Pulled up to the window and the girl handed us our drinks and my husband handed her a tip. I said you should wait till order is complete. We sat and waited.. The staff were chatting and fooling around, didn’t acknowledge that we were still there. Finally someone else came to the window and asked what we needed. I felt like saying,” our tip back.” Do better!"
