"I've been disappointed in the service at this location several times. In my latest experience, I went inside and ordered venti fraps. While waiting another patron asked about their order and was told "They are made in the order we recieve them in. Please be patient". I patiently waited 20 minutes. When the batista that took my order noticed I was still waiting she looked surprised and quickly returned with my drinks. They had been sitting on the counter in the back and were half melted. I had several other similar experiences with online ahead of time ordering at this location."
"12 noon on a Tuesday, there is no traffic on the drive thru no orders ahead of me and they took over 15 minutes to serve the order. CafeMocha grande and a bacon wrap. Starbucks is very pet friendly, however this manager was not. Therefore I cancelled my order after waiting for over 15 minutes for a cup of coffee."
"Ordered grande drink handed it to me looking like it was only half full. “They remade” the drink handed me the drink, I leave, realizing they just added ice to make it look full. It also didn’t taste like my normal. Tasted straight up expresso drink. I called the store. The manger said I was raising my voice when I’m simply explaining the situation. Then I was talking he responded “now you cutting me off” what am I supposed to do not talk? What a great manager, Nate! He didn’t want to hear me at alll! What a rude manager I encountered today. The picture has the ice added to it already. Smh."
"My husband and I have been going to this Starbucks for almost two years now. They are consistently out of different food items, which isn’t marked on the menu or the app. If you put in a mobile order, you’ll find out when you go to pick up your food and it’s not there. When they are busy, especially on weekends, they frequently under cook their food. They try to speed up the process by cooking multiple things at once. If we go to Starbucks 4 times a month, at least 1 of those visits we have to ask them to reheat the food because it’s frozen in the middle."
"This location has gone downhill. Long wait, after almost 30 minutes waiting for my sandwich to be warmed, I confirm they forgot. When I finally get my sandwich it did not look good or taste good. It seems they have all new employees with big attitudes."
