"I’ve been here about 4 times. Good friendly service, no issues with orders, music is loud, a mix of stuff like Jack Barlow, Todd Rungren, etc. Today (Wednesday, 1/24/24, 8:30-10:30 am) patrons inside were a lot of people in their 20s-40s meeting up, one mom with young children; a couple people like me reading or scrolling their phones. The tables never got crowded. Drive through was steadily busy, as was the counter. And I noticed a lot of smiles between staff and patrons. It’s a healthy business. The team on deck worked very well together today. If you want to get out and sip your cold brew in an uncrowded clean Dunkin this place is good enough."
"Today January 17,2024, went to Donkin Donuts. My son said to the cashier today is my dad birthday. The cashier was going to give me a free donut. The employee said he you don’t due that. On very arrogant way, I got scared and said hey don’t worry. I will pay for. Sorry that my son said."
"I love eating at dunkin but this location is one of the most unorganized locations I’ve ever been to. All the employees are teenagers that seem to hate their job. Specifically one employee called Sonia, she was giving attitude and stank faces. I went in with my family to order and waited at the counter for 5 minutes before I someone walked close which happened to be her and asked is there anyone taking orders inside. She said we’re busy rn so you’re going to have to wait. Another 5 minutes pass and another employee attends us. She didn’t apologize for the wait or anything, we order a chorizo wrap and all she did was shake her head no and my husband and I looked at each other cluelessly because why on earth would someone thing it’s acceptable to just shake your head at a customer like it’s an answer. So I asked her do you not have it? And than she explained it’s sold out. We ordered our food and proceeded to order drinks we asked for 2 small cups of water when we were giving our drinks they gave us large cups so my husband politely asked if we could get small instead and Sonia gave a dirty face with attitude and said y’all don’t want these? So I proceeded with we asked for small cups because we have small children so he asked if you could switch it for small cups. And she rolled her eyes and said okay. We waited another 15 minutes in store and the line is now 8 people long waiting for someone to take orders everyone running around like headless chickens including the manager except one person the guy at the drive thru window was just staring at everyone not helping his co workers, even stood on his phone for a bit. We finally got our food and was missing 2 items, my husband was so annoyed that he said forget about it and we all left. I don’t know if this is a cooperate location or franchise but it is literally the worst. And that low considering this is Lake Nona."
"Ive given this Dunkin’ multiple tries and they disappoint me every single time. I’ve waited 20min for a bagel. This last time I got a sour dough breakfast sandwich - it wasn’t toasted. Mind you I waited in the line extra time because of the sandwich (which is fine - obviously food has to be prepared). They threw everything in there and sent it out. Ended up eating elsewhere. The only good thing I have to say here is that my cashier, Selma, was super nice - she was great. Food sucked."
"Dunkin donuts has been cutting back on the icing for months now. I keep thinking it can't get worse but it does!! Even seems like the donut itself is smaller. Never mind tho just look how pathetic the icing is dude. I ate the top half of the donut & threw the rest out. Never again."
