"So i accidentally ordered food from the wrong dunkin. I was late for work and didnt realize. When i asked what to do to get my money back all she could say is you didnt call??? Right i get it but im not going to loose my job over dunkin. I didnt like at all how the manager handled the situation at all. Sometimes compassion goes a long way to keep a customer! Just saying."
"During the mornings this place is great. At night it downgrades. Just went by today and the lights were all off, I almost thought they were closed. We mostly ordered coffee and one sandwich which was egg and cheese on a plain bagel. The only good thing about the sandwich was the bagel. The egg and cheese was cold, cheese wasn’t even melted. I had to toss the cheese and egg. Overall I technically paid extra for just a plain bagel."
