"definitely do not come here , placed my mobile order right before entering drive through, and when i went to take a sip of my coffee i had to tilt it halfway up to get a sip, i opened the lid to see it essentially half full and was lukewarm as if it had been sitting there, i had to take an exam so i didn’t have time to go and get my money back , just save yourself the disappointment and go to another location or the starbucks right across the street."

"This Dunkin is in the heart of UCF, but it’s always quick with my mobile order when I go inside and they are the best employees. This place is super hectic, and they deserve all the love in the world! Love this Dunkin and the great ppl!"

"We were in the area for a comedy show and got some donuts & drinks. Then a bit later a swarm of people came in. The employees handled the rush pretty well! Just wish they had a few more people to lighten the load...when there's an event going on maybe have a few more people working that day?"

"This will be my last time ordering from Dunkin’ but they probably don’t care but I wanted to leave a review. This is a medium size cup and this a matcha drink with light ice. I usually go to Starbucks but today I didn’t have much time so I have order a delivery to my job. They had mention that it will be a “gap due to measurements” but this is more than a gap. Usually, if I go to Starbucks and ask for no ice, my drink will still be full. Your paying more for less."
