"I really wanted to like this place. The vibe is so cute, but the staff was really rude. We sat waiting to order, tried to get an employees attention several times, but they were giggling with each other and ignored us for about 15 minutes. Then one of their friends walked in and walked right up and they took their order right away. We just left after that. Such a shame, we were excited to try it."

"Favors gossip and elitism more than growth Bartenders can be rude and often play obnoxious music rather than trying to keep a nice vibe going You never know what kind of music they're gonna blast in your ears The only thing good about noveltea is the customers; this place is quite a mess management-wise They have a decent thing going, if only they would focus on growth and community rather than drama, fear and trying to defend themselves The place has an "ego" where most kava bars I've been to do not, at all. Disappointing"

"I’m a Music Artist and this is my favorite place for Open Mic on Fridays so far! Very cute place to hang out and have Kava or Kratom. I tried Kratom for the very first time and loved it. Sound system is great and talent was pretty good. I enjoyed it! Mostly a very young crowd but other than that really cool hangout spot."

"Great place to grab yourself a nice french press of tea sit down with a group of friends and pass the time. Good atmospheric music with helpful courteous staff. It's a great place to spend your free time with a humble cozy atmosphere - Cordial conversations fill the air with soft ambient music playing from some speakers within the facility. There's a pool table inside the establishment and every night a different event takes place. From Magic Mondays - to an Open Mic Friday with live performances. A band sometimes plays on Saturday, but given the times that is not always the case. To any regards Novel Tea is a great place to hang out and spend time to drink teas with good people. Bars are overrated find your self a good Tea-Tender and enjoy an evening with no worries."
