"Worst service ever ! Avoid this Applebees at all costs ! We thought we lucked-out when the hostess said there'd be a 10-15 minute wait for a table for 5. Then the lack of service began. Shortly after being seated, Hailey our server introduces herself. Why our server hid in the kitchen while empty drink glasses sat, and dirty plates piled up, I don't know. Why we waited an hour for our entrees to arrive - 3 of us ordered the 'all you can eat boneless wings'. All 3 orders of wings were warm - not close to hot. My first round of wings arrived without french fries. I was told more were being made. I didn't guess that 45 minutes later, the potatoes were still being grown somewhere. About 90 minutes into the ordeal, we were asked by our server if we wanted another round of wings. We asked for more. And waited. And waited. 40 minutes later, we were presented with the smaller portion of wings... and french fries ! (I didn't get any the first round) By this time, the 10 month-old, who had been an absolute angel, decided that she was tired, and wouldn't be waiting around for another hour - for another round of anything. We paid our bill and beat a hasty retreat. The Applebees restaurant at 298 Southhall Lane, Maitland Florida, 32751 will never be visited by this wing-lover again. Ever !"
