"November 11th, 2023. Got here at 1:38pm. Dude behind the counter told me “Not taking order because they’re closing soon.” In 22 minutes. Too much effort to pour a coffee and toast a bagel? I always try to support local businesses over a chain, but as far as this place goes, Ill take Dunkin. I’m assuming this was an employee try to leave at 2:00pm on the dot. Shame"

"I'll start off by saying I'm a foodie! This review is based on poor service. We came in and waited 10 minutes before we could place our order. These are what we observed in our 45 minutes wait for 2 sandwiches and a side of Tata totts; orders being mixed up, persons walking in to place their orders but being told they're not taking orders for the next 10 minutes so they walked out, persons waiting with no attention from staff, not enough ingredients for the meals where they had to leave and go buy from the store. Time for our order we were given the wrong order and totts were not ready and bagels were not warmed at all. Another 10 minutes of waiting!! I'm sorry but I'm not sure if we'll be back or recommend this place. To the owner; maybe training staff to be quicker on their feet especially as the place was NOT busy, having a floater cashier who can cash and serve drinks and about 3 cooks who can provide food in a timely manner. Thanks."

"I called 5 times before they answered. I had a simple question less than 30 seconds. When I got to the location, there was only 1 person in the lobby. So I didn't understand why and there were 3 people working. I think an online menu just to see what is available would be beneficial. They do have self-serve water. The person who helped me was nice. Offered for me to try different cream cheese and suggested a sauce. The food was okay. I probably won't come back. I don't live far, and the bagel got chewy, and the toast of it was no longer present. I was excited to try due to how everything looked but... Sandwhich and tater tots came to 15ish."

"My wife and I walked over to it out and both thoroughly enjoyed our bagels and coffees. Wish we were here another day to try another sandwich. Staff greeted us right away and were super courteous. The food and drinks were promptly ready as well. I had a J Papi, she had The Sailor (vegetarian). Do recommend!"
