"It is a good cup of Joe, However, there is no way the value of this coffee is anywhere near what they charge for it. Dress it any way you want to, price matters. It's in an airport, so there's that. Good on Starbucks for being able to get that kind of money for coffee. The food, in my opinion, is subpar. The staff are full of smiles and are pleasant. Now, WORK on that WAIT!!! Figure out how to turn your line over. Figure that out and you just might triple your orders."

"My cashier gave nice customer service to everyone I witnessed, and there were easily a dozen people ahead of me. The guy who gave me my ice after I paid for my dessert, did not show good customer service. Their store looked clean, and the staff was very sanitary during my visit."
"I ordered a hot chocolate without whipped cream. The lady asked me what’s my name for the order, I kept saying “Jenny” so many times but she couldn’t hear clearly. I thought my pronunciation wasn’t well, so I tried to tell her until she seemed to get it. Then I walked to the pickup counter to wait for my order. I had been standing there for so long and kept checking every cup they brought out. I couldn't find my name or even what the name of ordered either. I lost my patience when they served drinks to most of the customers who ordered after me. I talked to one of the staff and she showed me a drink that had already been there for a while(Not only my drink at the pick up counter at that time,still have a lot of drinks there,if just only 1 drink I might can recognize my order).I looked at the label again but it didn’t have my name or even the name of my order.My hot chocolate was already cold from being there for so long, obviously. I could see a thick sticky butter layer floating on top of it and also tasted too sweet. I couldn't recognize it was a hot chocolate. I think they seriously don't want to serve me since they make it more difficult."
"They did the best they could given the craziness, but there just can’t enough people back there in that tiny space. Food was good, drinks were good. No complaints there. Took 30 minutes to get two drinks and two breakfast sandwiches. Staff was nice given them being overwhelmed."
