He kept calling things out to her but was coming off as a jerk and other customers in the line also noticed."

So when I've seen Ernest bros bagels I had to stop in and I was Surprised Customer service is great. Food is excellent atmospheres extremely late back. If you're looking for good bagels. At a good price. I would earnestly suggest coming here to einstine bros bagels.the bagels are soft and well made if you are I. "Came across a review by Daniel Rios giving them 1 star because he was expecting the crew to cut his bagels before other orders. I thought maybe I respond to the review since the management team have restrictions on how they respond! For the part you were expecting them to cut your bagels before they serve the tickets for people in front of you, I have to say crying Daniel, you are so lucky I wasn’t in the place. If I had seen someone cut your bagels in front of my orders I would have been pissed and not letting it happen. For the part you cry about why cashier doesn’t go cut bagel and they have poor management, I can see you have probably never been a manager or owned a business :) They have a decent and easy to follow system there for client and employees so it doesn’t seem to me they Igor have managerial issues. As far as food, they always serve decent and consistent quality which is another sign of having a good management system. And this is the photo to show you I’m Actually a real customer Stop crying"

"I waited for 14 minutes for 6 bagels to be sliced, that’s all. Just simply sliced. I understand it’s a system where other tickets come first but the cashier could have simply grabbed the 6 bagels and ran it through the slicing machine being that I was the last one in the line. 4-5 employees but I still had to wait 14 minutes for a machine to slice my bagels which took 15 seconds to do but I waited 14 minutes. Zero management skills because cashiers should just be slicing bagels themselves if that’s all that’s asked to relieve work load off the back people. Truly horrible management skills because they aren’t able to handle a rush."

"My husband and I have been coming to this Einstein's location for several years now. East Colonial Drive is still our favorite Einstein's of all. We've visited many other locations around Florida and have been greatly disappointed by comparison. We're so fortunate that this particular Einstein's is the closest to us as we try to visit here as often as possible. The staff makes all of the difference in a positive way here. I'd especially like to give credit to Jubal, Mara and Rob. They're genuinely friendly and welcome customers who come and go and are always happy doing their job. When they take your order it's always done with care and appreciation. We usually dine in while enjoying our delicious bagels and coffee and many times I've noticed no matter how busy they are, it doesn't seem to affect their job performance. I always look forward to coming here in the mornings. Thanks for being so awesome! :)"
