"I ordered a bacon, avocado sandwich, my friend ordered a salad and a sandwich. When we sat down to eat, there was a roach running on my friend’s sandwich. I looked down and there was a medium size roach in the food ALIVE. I didn’t get to take a picture because we ran to the workers to show them the roach running on our food. I told the manager about the situation she gave me a refund but I will NOT be eating at this Panera ever again! The manager should’ve closed down the shop and cleaned for the rest of the day. She kept it open and everyone kept working. Gross"
"I placed a pickup order. The shift manager in charge was accommodating. My order came out in a timely manner but the chicken noodle soup didn’t have a lot of noodle/pasta in it. For a $7 soup, I don’t think it’s worth it."
