"This Starbucks has always been my pit stop after leaving my work at the airport. I always receive the best service and my coffee order is always fresh and served with love! The staff here is literally the cannon for customer service and what Starbucks should be basing their new hire training off of. Cristian in particular was such a charming and charismatic young man and didn’t make me feel silly when I passed the order screen even though, I was in fact, very silly. They’re always ready with a “How are you” here and a laugh there. Thank you so much for your excellent service!"

"Cami is the Manager at this Starbucks. The rudest person I have ever met. I ordered an iced green tea. Waited over 25 minutes, went to the counter and asked if there’s anything they can do since I needed to go back to work. The clerk was starting to make my iced green tea and the Manager Cami said, no I had to wait. I didn’t order coffee. The teas are premade, you literally pour it over ice. If that clerk was able to help make it, what was the problem. I said okay, I’d like to get a refund. So Cami would rather have the clerk take longer to give me a refund than just pour the tea over ice. I also called to get her name, she answered and hung up on me. I called back and some guy named Zach answered and finally gave me her name but it also took him a couple seconds. This Manager either needs retraining or she needs to be fired. I also thought Starbucks works on a time schedule. Seems like maybe she cannot handle the store and maybe they all need a retrain. Cami, you are a horrible, mean person and you need an attitude check."
