"Not up to usual Starbucks standard. Ordered and paid for four drinks. Received three. When we told the batista he asked what's missing. We said can't tell as the lids are on but there's only three cups. He actually tutted and made up the missing coffee which he delivered with a slam and no other words. An apology perhaps? No chance. Place was empty. Not surprised."

"The worst Starbucks I've ever been to and I've been to many in 4 states. The people that work there have a really bad attitude and are rude and sarcastic. Homeless people panhandle in and out of the Starbucks. They even wait outside the door to beg for money and if you don't give it to them, they call you names and curse at you. Just read the response of the store manager in the reviews and you'll see how badly they treat customers."
"Starbucks is simply a Starbucks. I visit Starbucks two or three times every week. I've never had a bad experience at any Starbucks, and I always leave with a big smile since everyone is so joyful and happy, but this location in particular has terrible customer service. I feel attacked, as if I'm upsetting them by walking in there. The majority of the workers, including the boss, are unpleasant; it's as if they wake up on the wrong side of the bed every day. If you have the choice to choose another place, I strongly advise you to do so."
"Excellent Starbucks at Thorton Park ! I enjoyed an iced latte in a clean, large Starbucks with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The store was not crowded so it was delightful to have a serene moment before I left Orlando. The team members were friendly and efficient. My iced latte was excellent. Highly recommend!"
