"Such a cute shop attached to the Florida Mall. My daughter asked to get her and her American Girl dolls ears pierced here so they could do them together. Check in at the register to pick out earrings for the girls then they have a private room with chair. It was very clean. Phil was amazing with my daughter who was nervous, but wanted to be brave and get them pierced. He took a lot of care to make sure they were perfectly straight. He explained to her what was happening and made sure she understood. She laughed and couldn't believe she did it. We would definitely recommend for ear piercing. After hers were done in the private room we dropped her doll off at the salon. Within two minutes she was back with her ears pierced too. They have everything you could ever want for your American girl doll or your girl."

"Who doesn't love American Girl's dolls? I bet anyone. This place is fabulous and spacious. The dols were very well displayed on the shelves, and the staff were always smiling. We loved the bistro place they had it creates another level of costumer experience. It's not just a store. It's a whole experience when you get in there. I didn't buy any dolls for my daughter yet, but it was totally worth it the trip."
