"It is an aggressively mediocre McDonald's. They are doing nothing spectacular and nothing horribly wrong. They are standing quite firmly in the middle of the road. It's the milk toast of fast-enough food. It's expensive for what it is, but the dollar menue has been out for a while."

"Worst customer service EVER! Staff members are incompetent and lack the ability to ask clarifying questions I ordered a number 1 and specified I'd like it with sausage and they STILL handed me the regular egg Mcmuffin sandwich out the door. When I told them it was incorrect the manager replied you ordered a number one. I then explained I specified with sausage and her response was well that's a number 2. Well ma'am as the employee if you are aware of that and actually listened to my order make the adjustment. I suppose that's too much to ask for as a paying customer. I will be much more satisfied when AI replaces humans who can't seem to process, and or adapt to provide quality service."

"The staff approach there is rude . They had me waiting at the register to start an order for like 30 minutes . Nobody even comes to me to ask if I was been help. They never have ice cream.. and the cleanness is not good."

"My order just got delivered and not only did they give me a quarter pounder (when I ordered a double quarter pounder). IT WAS RAW!! I tried to call the number connected to the search but it doesn’t work. I am VERY upset"

"Today I stopped in to have breakfast and use the bathroom at this McDonalds. Before ordering I used the bathroom. There was a man cleaning the restroom and hassling me while I was in the bathroom. It took a while because there are no paper towels or a way to dry your hands. I couldn’t have been in there more than three minutes. When I came out he start to belittle me and act like he wanted to fight me. Telling me you want the manager I’m the manager bro. I have never been treated like this anywhere let alone by a guy cleaning the bathrooms! I wonder how corporate will receive this kind of behavior when I contact them? I’m not some homeless guy off the street I pulled up in a Mercedes-Benz to have breakfast. This is the most ridiculous treatment towards a customer I have ever seen. I wonder if I was Spanish if I would have been treated the same?!?"
