Tropical Smoothie Cafe

"I came in to tropical smoothie last week on Friday and the service was absolutely amazing!! smoothies out in a quick 2 minutes, (I ordered 2) Kiwi quenchers are my favorite thing to get here! the cashier at the front was a very friendly teenager and very mature. maddie? i’m not sure who helped me out. The food was exceptional and I will be returning to this location!!"

"Little girl Madelyn has a serious attitude problem. I don’t know why she’s always so snippy every time I’m in there… not to mention last time I was there I heard her talking badly about a customer after they walked out the door, who keep in mind did absolutely nothing wrong lol. Don’t work in the service industry if you can’t control yourself. Just wanted a smoothie but given the worst attitude about it. Then she storms off to go throw all the chairs up and mop the floors underneath the feet of little babies were they were walking. Starting to think this generation has no common sense. Also, why are owners allowing these businesses to close down 2 hours before locking up?? Allowing no one a place to sit, not even to wait for a drink. Someone please teach these kids proper service etiquette and watch the cameras."

"I’ve loved tropical smoothie and this location just did not live up. I order through the app and when I arrive right on time for my order and its only half way done and eventually when it’s been a while come to find out they didn’t have an ingredient for my smoothie and they shove my order to me and just ask me if I didn’t want the smoothie. I said to make it without the ingredient and I still see another 5 smoothies come out before mine and at this point it’s been a half hour. Finally get home with my flatbread just for it to be more bread than ingredients. I’m seriously disappointed"

"The workers are great, but it appears they would be so much happier if they had blinds or a window sticker to block the setting sun from their eyes. I asked if they would be able to get something like that, and they indicated that would probably be too much of an investment for the owner to make. I don't respect business owners who don't respect their workers, so I wrote this review to get my point across. The place is clean and the food is good, but I'll have to spend my money elsewhere - please take the comfort of your staff seriously! Also, I would ask the staff to leave the chairs down for a bit longer, it kinda looks like the Cafe is closed when driving by when the chairs are put up 2 hrs before closing. They probably would oblige if you did something about the sun in their eyes!"
