Starbucks

"Starbucks has lost, for me, a lot of it's attraction since they stopped leaving cream, sugar, stirrers, etc. out for their patrons to fix their coffee. Why do they think they know how I like my coffee? No matter how well I try to describe how I like it, no one gets it right, so I have to tell them I will add the cream and sugar. At this location the gal asked if I wanted cream or sugar to which I replied "I will add the cream and sugar." in a clear voice as she looked right at me. She then chatted with an acquaintance at the drive up window before preparing my coffee, to which she added cream and sugar. When I told her I did not want it and asked why she added the cream and sugar when I told her that I would do that she said "Oh, I didn't hear you.""

"Not a super friendly, and not truly helpful. My ladies and I went through the drive though, and they were really confused when we said we wanted a “valentine” drink. It’s a viral drink. But they said that we needed to order it that way. Sigh, when all was said and done they did end up helping us out and we did leave with caffeine and a smile"

"Sana was working the drive-through today. Very polite young lady. I love how she use my name three times while she getting my order together. She did an amazing job, and she definitely needs recognition for it. Sana YOU ROCK!!"

"Food and service are great, great people who work here! However, while I do understand homeless people need somewhere to go during the day I really don’t want to get my coffee and then be hanging out surrounded by them as if I went to a coffee shop in the middle of a homeless encampment. This store has 3 or 4 individuals who are here everyday all day, they’re not showered, look higher than kite, quite smelly, don’t purchase anything but seem to just be allowed to hang out and make the experience less than enjoyable for the rest of us. They’re not even customers and should be told to move on or maybe us paying customers need to just move on to another coffee shop."

"Yesterday evening we have been rushing to get a coffee and arrived at 8.56pm. The Doors already have been locked and the drive through said we are closed! How can they close before 9pm? They also found the situation funny and the whole team was smiling. This was the worst customer service in years!"
