"Longest wait ever. Not a long line, but everyone waited forever for their order. I ordered a hot tea and it took 20 minutes to get it!!"

"Me and my wife stood in line for a long time waiting for our order to be taken. Then when we get there my wife ordered white chocolate but they didn't have it. Then she ordered some pumpkin bread along with 2 other drinks. We were charged and we waited. When we received our order the pumpkin bread wasn't there. When we asked where it was we were told they didn't have any of them either. When it was brought to their attention that we ordered it she said that she told us they were out of it. This is not true. She only said they were out of white chocolate. Another employee said she heard her tell us that but that's not true either trying to protect her coworker. Terrible service."

"Unacceptable. They were out supplies and couldn't make the drinks I wanted. The drink I did get was made wrong. They can't accept my scan and pay method, which is accepted at literally every other Starbucks I've ever been to. Scanned my rewards but didn't get my free drink. Then, I paid with the same card that was linked in the app. What sense does that make? The idea of a franchise, is that you get the same service, product, and experience at every location. This location fails.."

"I’m guilty of paying over $10 for a coffee yes. However that coffee really should be worth the $10. The caramel macchiato I got was not flavored and the. Just sauce poured in I guess to add flavor. Sorry please do better. I know you are very busy but don’t compromise quality when we are paying a lot for a beverage."
